Do you handle permits?
Yes. We pull the permits with your town and manage every inspection. You never deal with the building department.
How much will my project cost?
Each service page lists planning ranges from recent South Shore work. For a real number, we visit the house and send a written estimate with the scope itemized, free.
Can I live in the house during construction?
For most additions and remodels, yes. We seal the work area and tell you in advance which days affect water or power.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We hold a Massachusetts Unrestricted Construction Supervisor License and carry liability and workers’ compensation insurance. We hand you the certificate before you sign.
